Hiya.. well seems you have a variety of answers to help you in the healing process. I know for me sometimes it doesn't matter what the cause of my sickness, i just want to feel better. Pharmacies carry a medicine named promethazine but only by prescription. I have found that natural remedies like time to rest reasonably, with plenty of fluids, especially water or any water products with electrolytes are very helpful in balancing mother nature within our bodies. Also please do try this remedy if you are having stomach problems. Rice!. Simply boil rice to taste and then add a tablespoon of cinnamon< :) it can really solve problems of running to the bathroom in a hurry that is if the problem comes from the behind. Gosh sorry! As for problems with vomiting, try no salt premiums with ginger ale, stir the ginger ale as to get some of the bubbles out to flatten it some. Best of luck in feeling better and remember if the problem persists seek council from a doctor . There could be some underlying serious reason for feeling "SICK" . All for now, bye.

Ginger works, but may not be available to you as not many people have it. If not try peppermint. There is always chewing gum?

If you mean you feel ill and sickly, the above methods will help. Also try to drink a little bit of water and get some fresh air. If you mean you feel as if you're going to be sick, you should do.

If you don't want to be sick then that's understandable, but you'd need to eventually. Often you will feel fine after wards. What you need to do is down as much water as you can. You will feel sick enough to throw up. Because you've drank lots of water it will be very diluted and will not feel like sick at all. Although it might look rank it'll taste like you're just throwing up water, or not far off. You'd feel a lot better.

Acupressure. (have I spelled that right?) Feeling sick is either something you ate that doesn't agree with you, in which case your body is trying to get rid of it, or it's a coordination and balance problem, in which case you need acupressure, e.g. seasickness.

Basically it means you need pressure on certain points like the underside of the wrist. Either you do it yourself or you get special wrist bands that do it for you :)

You need to find out what's causing the nausea to ensure that there are no underlying problems. If you know the cause (morning sickness for example) then ginger and peppermint are good. You may also have some success with acupressure – good luck!

share of joy, movements of your body(physical works), attend laughing club, light food, less sleep……and all those works and matters people do not like to do for himself.

Peppermint and ginger are both good at easing nausea.
In the absence of the raw ingredients, try a ginger biscuit or a mint-flavoured sweet like an extra strong mint or minty chewing gum.

That may depend on what's making you feel sick in the first place; but if it's just general, mild nausea, I've found that peppermint works pretty well.

there is no magic pill or formula. the only and best cure is using your mind and will, and wanting to get better.
