WEIGHT LOSS PROBLEM(bad eating habits?)?
I am trying to lose weight. I exercise enough; on mondays tuesdays and thursdays, i walk for 1 hour, sometimes even 2 hrs. on wednesdays and fridays, i go running for 45 minutes or more. also on week days, I do boxing and some dancing. The only problem I have that is ruining my weight loss is the food. when i come back from running, i usually eat more than i am supposed to. this usually happens at dinner time. i eat a dinner that could serve 2-3 people! when i eat like this,i feel defeated. it makes me feel that there's no point to exercise if im going to pig out on food. Sometimes i eat when i'm not even hungry! can you guys tell me some techniques i could use that will help me eat less often and less portion sizes?
