Just a few weight loss questions?
I'm a 16 year old female 5'8″ 170lbs. I know I'm overweight, and I'm trying to change my habits (eating, exercise, etc.) but I need a little help. Here's my exercise ideas:
-Play a song for about 3 minutes and do squats for the entire song.
-Change to another 3 minutes song and do calf raises for the entire song.
-Change to another 2-3 minute song and put my back to a wall and sit straight up for entire song.
-Walk/Jog using the Wii Fit everyday for about 30-60 minutes.
And I also plan to start eating a lot healthier. Do you guys think this will work, and if so, about how long will it take for results to show?
