How long does it take for weight loss excess skin to go away?

I'm 13 and I lost 45 pounds. I'm 120 pounds and 5'7 tall. I have skin everywhere, will it go away? The only thing that popped into my brain was liposuction. But that is probably way too much. And i try exercising but I can't loose weight by exercising, only by dieting., please help me<3
