Hi Everyone! Weight Loss Question?
In the summer (2010), I am going to Switzerland, Denmark, Italy, and London to study piano and perform. I want to lose some weight between now and when I leave.
I currently weigh 104Kilos. What would I have to do to drop maybe 20Kilos between now and then?
Best answer is one that is very detailed and explanatory.
Other Details:
I am 185cm. I do enjoy working out—so maybe some weight exercise tips? Running/ Cardio, etc? An interesting diet suggestion would be helpful, too!
