Help with weight loss tips?
Okay, I'm 17, and I have PCOS, which makes it 4x as hard to loose weight. I'm 5'5″ and roughly 220 pounds. I never had issues with weight before I hit puberty, as my condition is the caus of my weight gain. I was an allstar softball player, volleyball player, and I've been competively riding horses since I was three. I was wondering if anyone had Any good workout plans or tips? Don't worry about making anything too extreme or anything like that, because I am able to take even the toughest workouts.
