Help with childhood weight loss?
ok so i already know im WAY overweight …. recently confirmed by my scale… so hears what i want to know…….
if im 14 weigh 180 lbs and want to lose weight by myself what can i do?
i have access to an elliptical in my basement but my bikes broken i already walk a mile a day and i eat “healthy” but that's a new thing i never ate junk i just ate too much
oh and though i doubt its a surprise i have high cholesterol
